Our model is to either assemble a team of experienced professionals to advise our client(s) on a specific issue, or to place an individual advisor with our client(s) to manage a specific assignment or role for a protracted period of time.

Our associates have an average of over ten years of relevant experience - with strong academic backgrounds and a set of high-quality global work experiences.

Thus, we work as:

• Advisors to the leaders/decision-makers (provide direction on strategy, organization, operations, financing/fundraising etc.).
• Management leaders playing a key functional role in the organization (for a defined period of time and/or on a part time basis)
• Facilitators of strategic thinking, training/skill development
